In cooperation with the Mansfield Historical Society, we erected the historic veteran’s memorials that were located on the grounds of the old City Hall at Main and Broad. We added flat granite markers in front as an added explanation of the memorials. We are grateful to everyone who contributed their time, resources, and support to make this project possible.
These memorials provide a lasting place of honor and reflection for veterans and their families. They also help ensure that future generations can learn about and appreciate the sacrifices made by those who served our country.
The addition of these war memorials is another step in our mission to preserve Mansfield Cemetery and the history of the individuals and families who are part of our community’s story.
